A year, at least, of waiting for a credible investigation of the Clinton Foundation may be rewarded as, The Hill reports, FBI field offices in Little Rock, Arkansas begin undertaking what is a renewed inquiry into what many know in their gut is a criminal network of money laundering, bribery and political corruption.
The Hill reports that “at least one witness in the last month” has been interviewed. Calling the FBI interview as extremely professional and very thorough, the anonymous witness told The Hill that the inquires focused on “whether donors to Clinton charitable efforts received any favorable treatment from the Obama administration on a policy decision previously highlighted in media reports.”
“For years,” recalls The Hill, “news media from The New York Times to The Daily Caller have reported countless stories on donations to the Clinton Foundation or speech fees that closely fell around the time of favorable decisions by Clinton’s State Department. Conservative author Peter Schweizer chronicled the most famous of episodes in his book ‘Clinton Cash’ that gave ammunition to conservatives, including Trump, to beat the drum for a renewed investigation.”
Yet, if there was an early effort by Trump to start an investigation, it was sabotaged by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who refused to appoint a special counsel because the ‘legal bar’ for such an appointment had not been met.
Really? Then, Mr. Sessions, please explain how Mueller was allowed to emerge from underneath his rock?
The renewed investigation reportedly has the FBI emboldened enough to consider re-opening the tampered look into the Hillary’s criminal use of a private email server to pass classified information across.
I’m sure this has nothing to do with the pressure House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes is applying to the DOJ and the Bureau in the past week.
Now, here’s the bitter pill the American people are now going to have to swallow:
Many of the alleged Hillary crimes being considered for investigation took place in 2013 or earlier, which coincidentally makes any evidence ‘null and void’ due to the statute of limitations cap of five years.
Hopefully President Trump and a NEW ATTORNEY GENERAL can legally fight this!
